1. The Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) has received funds from Agence Française de Développement toward the cost of the Improvement of drinking water and sanitation systems in Mombasa – Mwache Project and it intends to apply part of the funds to payments under the contract for Supply, Upgrade, installation, Implementation & Support of an Integrated Web-Based Enterprise Resource    Planning System (ERP) and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) both with Associated Hardware and Softwares ,Contract No : CWWDA/AFD/G1/2023 
2. The CWWDA, a Parastatal under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation (MWSI), now invites eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Supply, Installation, Implementation & Support of an Integrated Web-Based Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Computers in lots as detailed below:

1. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Standard for Bids as specified in theGuidelines for the Procurement of AFD-Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries” Published in October 2019(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) during working hours (from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Kenyan time) from Monday to Friday except during lunch time (12:30pm – 2:00pm), weekends and public holidays
3. Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) during working hours (from 8:00am to 4:30 pm Kenyan time) from Monday to Friday except during lunch time (12:30pm – 2:00pm), weekends and public holidays. A complete set of the Initial Selection Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Applicants (a) on the submission of a written application to the address below and (b) upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00. The method of payment will be cash payment or Bankers cheque. The Bidding Documents will be collected from the address below upon production of a purchase receipt or can download the document free of charge from our website www.cwwda.go.ke or The National Treasury Procurement Portal, and immediately email the firms’ names and contact details to: procurement@cwwda.go.ke for records and communication of any tender clarifications or addenda failure to which your tender will be rejected.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5th December 2023 at 1200hrs  Local Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
5. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 5th December 2023 at 1205hrs Local Time.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security on lot basis as specified in the table below:

• Lot 1: KES. 1,800,000 (Kenya Shillings One million Eight Hundred Thousand Only) 
• Lot 2: KES 576,000 (Kenya Shillings Five hundred and Seventy-Six Thousand Only) 
• Lot 3: KES 350,000 (Kenya Shillings Three hundred and Fifty Thousand Only)
